Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Sciota from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Sciota homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Sciota property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Sciota Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Sciota homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Sciota roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Sciota roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
